Business Development Manager - Now Hiring!

Basic Functions:
Conduct prospecting efforts to uncover and identify new IT sales opportunities in the business community.
Initiate contact with prospects generated by the Marketing Team.
Work with prospects to develop a deep understanding of their needs and translate those needs into solutions that satisfy their demands.
Conduct presentations that showcase the services and products of the company to prospects.
Work with management to develop proposals, quotes, and respond to RFP/RFI documents.
Effectively communicate features and benefits of solutions and manage prospect expectations.
Manage the complexity of Managed IT services proposals, contracts, lease agreements, and service level agreements.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings and unique selling propositions of the company.
Perform sales procedures through activities and opportunities in ConnectWise (CRM system) and remain compliant with defined policies and procedures.
Additional Duties and
Responsibilities:
Attend weekly sales meetings and ensure sales opportunities are compliant with company policy.
Develop in-depth knowledge of the service catalog and how it relates to customer's needs.
Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
Understand processes in ConnectWise by completing assigned training materials and blueprints on the ConnectWise University.
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

A minimum of 2 years experience in outside sales - selling professional services required Exhibit capabilities in selling IT/networking/computers/telephony products and services preferred Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas Possess a track record of managing the customer commitment, negotiation, and closing of the sales process Enjoy working with customers and external audiences Self-motivated Proficient with general office applications Interpersonal skills:
such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening, and customer care Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
